Butt and Belly Exercises!

Hi friends,


Time to attack three of the most frustrating areas on your body.


Your midsection, back of your legs (hamstrings) and your butt!


The stability ball is a GREAT torture device to attack these areas, as many of you have found out in the past few weeks.


I wanted to make sure that you all get the most out of this tool.


So as many of you grow more and more comfortable using the stability ball I have included a few videos to help you achieve that sexy core and a tight butt before that warm weather arrives.
