It's that time of night.
It is late, you are hungry and your craving something you should avoid.
Do you watch your favorite late night reality tv shows and snack on something you KNOW is only negatively effecting your weight loss?
Hey the Biggest Loser is on and yet I am SURE there are people out there eating the WRONG things while watching these people bust their butts to lose 100's of pounds of body fat.
So what do you eat?
Here are two Guilt Free Fat Fighters:
1) Celebration Sorbet
Put a scoop of raspberry (or whatever your favorite flavor is) sorbet in a martini glass and sprinkle with fresh berries. Drizzle with champagne or sparkling apple cider.
2) Strawberry Dippers
Dip whole strawberries in low-fat French vanilla, lemon chiffon or chocolate yogurt.
Easy, huh? Guilt free AND delicious!
